Salmon Croquets Recipe:

*Made at cooking club.

Makes 8 patties.

Ingredients:

one 14.75 oz can of salmon

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/3 cup diced green onion (about 1 bulb)



Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

2. Drain the can of salmon and save the liquid for later. Remove any skin and bones.

3. In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, and green onion. Put some gloves on and mix with your hands. You can add the extra liquid from the can for extra flavor.

4. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with cooking spray. 

5. Take the mixture from step 3 and shape it into patties. Place them 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.

6. Bake for 8 minutes on each side to form a golden brown crust.
