No Machine Ice Cream Recipe:

*I got this recipe form Gemma Stafford from Bigger Bolder Baking*


Ingredients:

1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

2 cups whipping cream 

1 tsp vanilla extract or other extract (optional but I found it makes it taste better)

Any add-ins you want to make your own flavors (candy, cake, sprinkles, etc.)


Directions:

1. With a stand mixer and your whisk attachment, whip the cream on medium until it gets soft peaks

2. Then add in the condensed milk and any extract of your choice (extract is optional)

3. Whip that until it gets to stiff peaks.

4. Put the base in a bowl and add any mix-ins you want. (It can be anything)

5. Put the ice cream in a container and freeze overnight.
